With that in mind, I can’t understand how brushes, or plugins, or any addons for that matter, would be additive over time and not a consistent drag on the program from the moment of every launch. With a fresh computer shut down and restart, Photoshop once again runs as advertised. When that happens, I know before ever opening an image that every action within the program will be maddeningly slow. But as days pass with more and more editing, the PS bootup slows to as much as a minute Reading preferences and Initializing panels being the slowest to load. The program fires up in as little as ten seconds and all functions work with little or no delay. The gist of it is this: Following a computer reboot, CC2019 v.
